Your questions, answered.

What's included in the fare?
A return coach seat from your chosen pick-up point to the venue and back. It's travel only - you'll need your own entry ticket for the event.
Do I need an event ticket?
The coach gets you there and home; entry to the event itself is separate and isn't included. We can't refund a coach seat if you don't manage to get an event ticket.
Who runs the coaches?
Central Connect Events is operated by Central Connect Transport Limited, part of the Transport Made Simple Group - one of the biggest bus and coach operators in the UK.
Can I bring alcohol?
Please check the note on your event before you travel - some events (for example football fixtures) don't allow alcohol on the coach by law. Water and soft drinks are always fine.
